THANK YOU! Volunteers have always been a vital component of the Dress For Succes operation. We would like to thank all those who have helped us sustain our mission to serve the women in our community that need our help. Without you, we could not promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life which is our mission each and every day. Client Services/Personal Shopper: Assists our clients with selecting appropriate interview attire and maintaining inventory in a presentable manner. Clothing Intake: Assists with monthly clothing drives and works with DfSC staff and retail establishments to build plus size inventory. Inventory Management: Assists with sorting and sizing incoming donations. Helps with merchandising displays and movement of seasonal inventory. Client Programs/Advocacy: Conducts educational seminars and/or assists DfSC clients with resume development to help them retain employment and advance their career development. Office Support: Assists with assembling and distributing mailings, event support, and volunteering skills and expertise as needed.
