As we close out 2024, we’re grateful for the incredible milestones we’ve reached together during our 25th anniversary year. Empowering Over 1,200 Women
We’ve empowered more than 1,200 women in our community, equipping them with the skills, confidence, and attire they need to create brighter futures for themselves and their families.
Styling Success
This year, we completed over 1,150 stylings—a 20% increase from 2023! Every styling session was designed to ensure women felt seen, respected, and ready to tackle new opportunities.
HigherHER Career Development Expansion
Through our HigherHER Career Development cohorts, we supported 79 women, tripling the number served in 2023. This included a strengthened partnership with the River City Correctional Center, helping women prepare to reenter the workforce and celebrating their achievements with cohort graduations and styling sessions.
Introducing Women’s Circles
In October, we launched our new Women’s Circles with our first cohort of 12 women. These circles provide a safe and empowering space for women to dream together, build community, and celebrate each other’s progress.
Career and Thriving Coaching
Over 90 women received individualized 1:1 coaching, helping them achieve economic self-sufficiency and holistic well-being.
Thriving Coaching Debut
We launched Thriving Coaching, offering women personalized support as they work toward personal and professional goals.
StyleHER Impact
After participating in our StyleHER program, 98% of women reported feeling more confident going into a new job or interview, proving the transformative power of self-assurance on the journey to success.
25th Anniversary Fashion Show
This year’s Fashion Show was a highlight of our 25th anniversary, bringing together supporters, volunteers, and the women we empower for an unforgettable evening of style and inspiration. The event raised over $425,000, ensuring we can continue providing vital programs and services to women in our community.
This year, we also welcomed a new chapter of leadership with the appointment of our new CEO, Meggan Thompson, who brings fresh vision and passion to our mission of empowering women.
