We are honored to serve Black mothers, aunts, sisters and daughters.

And we fully support the fight for racial equality.

Dress for Success was founded on the belief that the socio-economic inequalities that have plagued our society for centuries need to be confronted and remedied in order to achieve this vision. Today, we lean deeper into our work in support of the fight against racial injustice and oppression and in support of our Vision of a world where all women are treated with dignity and respect.

Two pandemics converged on a global scale that have illuminated the extent to which women we serve are vulnerable. Now, more than ever, is the time for all of us—every individual, organization, company and level of government—to do our part to address the pain, poverty and righteous anger racial injustice has caused and the time to support, partner with and be part of organizations dedicated to social change and progress.

To the Black mothers, aunts, daughters and sisters we serve and work beside, know that we hear you, we see you and we will not stop advocating for you. Together, we can do more. Together, we can do better.

In solidarity,
