Building More Than Careers
Workplace development is not something one organization can accomplish alone.

Creating Greater Access
Expanding opportunity also means expanding access.
Transportation, location, and availability should never prevent someone from receiving the support they need.
That’s why we’re proud to continue growing community partnerships like our collaboration with the Life Learning Center in Covington, Kentucky. Through this partnership, women throughout Northern Kentucky have greater access to Dress for Success Cincinnati’s professional styling services and workplace development resources closer to home.
By meeting women where they are, we’re helping remove barriers and making workplace development more accessible for everyone we serve.
Preparing Women for What’s Next
As we continue growing, we’re also working toward the reopening of our Career Center, creating even more opportunities for women to develop the hard and soft skills necessary to succeed in today’s professional world.
Our vision extends far beyond helping women land their next job.
We’re preparing women to thrive throughout their careers by offering education and resources focused on workplace reentry, corporate etiquette, professional communication, networking, leadership development, career readiness, and the confidence to successfully navigate today’s workplace.
