Professional Women’s Group (PWG)

Success is not just getting a job, but keeping it and advancing your career.

PWG offers ongoing support to help employed women reach levels of economic self-sufficiency and the goal of being able to give back to the community. The PWG provides educational opportunities and a network that helps women unfamiliar with the workplace continue to develop skills and advance in their careers.

During the Stay at Home Order, we moved to virtual meetups to ensure this valuable service remains accessible.

We offer meetings and events including expert speakers and networking with professionals from a variety of industries and with other women who have made similar transitions into the workforce. Topics are centered around financial wellness, corporate culture, work-life balance, health and wellness and leadership and civic responsibility. PWG members have lifelong access to resources that will help them further their personal and professional growth.

  • Each PWG session includes a presentation and discussion led by an expert speaker and a networking period.
  • Meetings cover a variety of subjects and activities that promote professional development.
  • Topics are focused on the five pillars of financial wellness, business etiquette, work-life balance and leadership and civic responsibility.
  • PWG members have lifelong access to resources that will help them further their personal and professional growth.
